Shane Sansom and Jozef Mehes complement each other perfectly as our chefs. As a native Australian, Shane brings an international touch, unusual recipes and life experience. Jozef has been trained from the bottom up in our inn and has acquired an all-embracing knowledge which is reflected in our interesting and constantly changing menu.
